Depends on the spring and the ammo you plan on using.

I had a few in mine and they all worked good.

I would say get a few and see how they work. They will all perform different in different rifles.

spring is a 220% and the ammo is madbull 40. its shooting about 429 fps with the 40

I am not going to give you a warning, but the grammar and punctuation need to improve. I advise you not to let this happen again. Judging from all your posts, you obviously have disregarded this rule. However, you get the benefit of the doubt as this rule was not really enforced until just recently.
