Buying my first BASR

Hey guys, I have been on here for a while and kinda got some opinions on different rifles and gear. I have made my ghillie, and now that my wallet permits me I am going to purchase a Bolt Action Sniper Rifle (Spring).

(I chose spring because in Oklahoma summers the temperature stays in the 90's-110's which is way to high for gas guns. I know the alternative would be to buy a HPA rig, but I dislike the loss of realism. I am completely new to teching airsoft rifles, but I have served as an assistant/apprentice to a gunsmith.)

I'm sure you get this question all the time, and yes I have read on this forum about both rifle types and the disadvantages and advantages. I have narrowed down my search, but I guess it still comes down to personal preference.

Initial Budget: $200-$250 (Stock Rifle+Scope+Bipod)

Above is my initial budget, but I am working on getting my worker's permit (I'm 15) to have some cash on hand to do things. When I get a job I will be setting $50 a month to upgrade my rifle until I am satisfied with it.

Rifles I Was Looking At:
Well MB08 (L96 with folding stock and monopod)
Echo 1 M28
A&K M24

Which would you guys choose and why?

Javelin M24 I believe is what I am going to get. From what I understand it is full APS-2 compatible and has roughly the same external texturing, and the quality as the E1 M28. Now I just need to decide what I want upgraded and what the most important to upgrade.
I'm not so sure that the javelin m24 is fully aps-2.
Hop up is the most important thing to put the most money into. An airsoft sniper rifle isn't anything without range, and a good hopup combined with a quality inner barrel will do wonders for your rifle. There is a lot of DIY mods you can do (TDC, nerf foam nub, barrel spacers, etc.) To help but you should look into either hs5's R-hop or ER-hop.
I was going to extend the barrel window and add the ER-Hop. I am unsure what hop up to get though? Could someone link me or just tell me one that is nice, as for barrel I was thinking a 6.03.
Javelin is VSR-hop and barrel and APS-2 cylinder.
Ahh I see, thank you for that information. IS there a way in my budget to get an M24 Stock and modify it for a BAR-10 Action?
Waking up early I had time to do more research, and from what I have read the APS-2 System is a lot better because it can move more air faster, and have a longer barrel (About 700 mm). In the same thread they said there aren't as many DIY Mod's for the APS-2 System (Which would be a downside because most can be achieved with little money, but with time which I have). This particular person was stating that the hop up tends to adjust itself over time too? Is this true?

Remember that a barrel past 450mm doesn't really increase accuracy. You may get a few more fps if you match the cylinder correctly and have good compression though. If I were you, I would just get a VSR10 platform, unless you really like the looks of the M24.
I just spent all morning doing research, and since the M24 is a mixture of both I was leaning now towards the WELL MB08 (L96 with folding stock & monopod). Beefier design and the APS-2 system.
From my experince you are probably not going to need bipods too much so you could save some money for upgrades there.

I personally really like the aps system. Especially the feeding system on it is so idiotproof that you will never have to worry about doublefeed's. On the other hand upgradin a VSR will be alot more cheaper when aps will basically need all new internals in higher fps. Since you're low on money, I would probably go with vsr(or vsr compatible).
Or something like the UTG l96 and just do a bunch of DIY mods to make it shoot 250+ feet.
The upgrade kit is also 60USD.
