Of the bazillion times I have have to take apart this demanding gun, I have had some issues with the re-assembly that I don't immediately see posted:
Regarding the set-screw that holds the brass hop chamber in the outer barrel, I presume that everyone has replaced it with a longer screw tapped into the body of the hopup chamber? I notice some fore/aft distortion in the outer barrel where this screw is exterting force, but I can't fathom the source.
The front screw (fore of the magwell) that holds the stock to the outer barrel was so long when tightend it contacted with the cylinder, seizing it up. (Ground down screw 2mm-OK)
The holes for mounting the trigger assembly are elongated. Is this an adjustment for the sear or as an aid to installing the trigger?
