Look up mini Jappex, that's what we have in the AOSC. It's basically Facebook chat, nice and clean looking.

Unfortunately, Livonia is the only one with the access to do this, and I know personally that he is extremely busy as of late. If I had to power to do so, I would.

Why not do it even more simple, run an IRC-channel on any given network. If needed, use a webpage to connect. Otherwise use a real client. Less hassle and nothing on the webpage will be changed. Just have a topic saying where to go and such.
