I am fairly new to airsoft, and am getting into sniping. I got myself a well warrior L96 to start me off, and i am thinking about sidearms. i do not have lots of money to spare, so i am after something cheap-ish (no more than £150, preferably under £100). i am wondering if you guys have any suggestions? i would like either a AEG or gas (gbb or nbb), not a springer. thank you.

do you know where i can find a two tone version of this in the UK?
To the best of my knowledge I'm not aware that they made a two-tone version. Your best bet is probably to just buy the regular black one and spray it. 2-3 layers of white primer base should allow you to spray just about any color you want over black.

I use an Elite Force 1911 TAC with a BLACKHAWK! Serpa Holster mounted to my leg. It's a great gun, has an awesome recoil too it. It's a GBB CO2 pistol. Check them out. They go for around 120 USD.

problem is that without a UKARA licence you can't buy a black one over here :/
also, isn't this pistol a bit too powerful up close?

I have the Y&P MK23 and it's been working quite well. It is however a big sidearm, so I've been looking at the KJW MK1.

KWA just released a double stack mag for their 1911 gas pistol line. Taking the capacity from 14 to 21 I believe. I'm a huge fan of the 1911 if you haven't noticed. Lol

Get one sent to you in pieces, should get it through customs at least... And then paint the heck out of it. I don't know how strict the UK is on it... Check with Redwolf. They are UK based, aren't they?

Don't buy from abroad by the time you pay import tax and vat you won't save very much. Also do not import in pieces they hold on to parts of guns and see of the rest turns up. If it does it will be destoyed. Plus you are breaking the law.

Good airsoft shops will two tone you a pistol provided you are over 18.

The best shops are probably Fire Support who are really great and have great customer service. Landwarrior I have not used myself but have a great reputation.

Avoid zeroone for guns or expensive items as they are renowned for terrible customer service.

Never ever use Special Airsoft Supplies they are a scam site and will steal your money.
