Nice video. Liked the BF1942 music at the start. Where did you get that vest it looks pretty maneuverable. I don't have a chest rig yet because I was focusing on camo first with my low budget.

If running assault I always prefer a plate carrier. It's rigid and carries gear like no other system.

Light weight its a toss up between a belt and a vest. I prefer the belt but I really like the way that vest is open backed. I'll have to find one and try it out sometime if it isn't to expensive.

Great video none the less.

Can I ask why you use m4 pouches though?

I generally just use 7.62 mag pouches for something like a m14 or sr25. They fit the weapon and you can fit two to a pouch easily enough.

Bump. Just curious what vest that is.

The vest looks like a 3 color molle RRV. I like it. I've been curious about whether to run a battle belt or a chest rig.

Just curious, how easy is it to draw the extra mags while laying down? Seems like moving them up higher on the rig might address that.

Fuzzy how do you have your battle belt loadout? I currently have one and going to buy some more pouches for it.

Sorry for the late response, I have no clue what it is, bought in a trade. Not a gear guy so not a clue! But trugit might!

Also, my battle belt:

That page has closest thing to what it was last time I wore it. Radio pouch has since been moved to outside of pistol pouch location.

The vest is an SDS RACK(aka ranger rack) in 3 color. Great piece of kit. If you guys really want a lightweight kit, a lot of manufacturers are coming out with 'ultralite' kit. Tactical Taylor, blue force gear, first spear just to name a few. I can post some links when I get to my laptop.

Looks good. I would fold the bib down and move the radio to the shoulder strap. But that's just personal preference for me. Love the rack though. Looks good man.

My vote for the ultimate light weight vest is the ten speed line for Blue Force Gear. Four pouches that can hold just about whatever you want with no slipping and molle on the sides if you need it. It fits to the body flat and it's priced awesome for some legitimate kit.
