I'm still a bit surprised I made it!
They are very much worth it! TBH, I forgot about this shot until I was reviewing footage, then I watched it a bunch of times slowed down to make sure it was actually my bb that hit him...ha! There have been a number of shots I thought hit in-game, only to see narrow misses in the footage. Had some the other way around too - stuff I didn't think hit actually did.Nice! Very Nice! Those are the moments I wish I had a scope cam lol!
Thanks! Yes, not to mention it is also hard on the elbows and arms, crawling through the brush. That said, the increased tolerance for high-temperature is worth it, IMO.Well-done, nice shot, and nice camouflage!
Exposed skin (not wearing gloves or long sleeves) may give your position.
Between 200-280ft based on landmarks and google earth, but I don't know for sure because he was in the middle of a field. Still haven't gotten used to my new rifle's increased power, so estimating based on travel time is hard too.Thats fun. How far? Always hard to tell in video... 20 feet looks like a mile
Yeah low tech solution to hop up always arcing bbs to the right: loosen scope, rotate 5° left, retighten.Yeah, that guy from Caddyshack is who I try and mimic when I shoot, gives me 30m+ more range and people laugh instead of shoot me.
As for canting, that's a thing that you do for wind like you said, but also just dealing with a jank ass hop if it's acting all curvy no matter what.
