Well, just recently I bought a JG Bar 10. There are a few problems with it. The trigger sear isn't catching so it slam fires and before that started every now and the every BB would come out of the mag into the rifle as in the space between the piston head and the hop up unit would be filled with all 30 bbs, AND about 1 out of every 3 shots the rifle would shoot 2 rounds. So my question is, should I just buy a new trigger assembly, or pay $15 for a wee little part and how can I fix the other two problems?

Thanks,

Just get the Laylax replacement sears, you cant go wrong with them. Or if your feeling flush, a zero trigger. Before you invest money on them check that the piston sear, the little thing sticking out at 45' on the top of the trigger group, is not sticking or the spring that pushes it up not gone weak both these things can lead to engagment problems. The feed issues you have are hop chamber related, its more than likely the sprung upside down 'U' shaped thing at the back of the hop chamber that stops the bb going backwards instead of forwards is either stuck or the spring weak/missing.
