Dont stop selling them bro.. Its winter and business always slows in the winter. How much are these "S triggers"?
I make pistons and have been looking to make some 90 degree pistons. Heck, I have been wanting a 90 degree triggerbox but havent had the money to spend on these expensive ones on the market. And to be honest, I think this is the first I have heard of yours! And I bet I am not the only one who hasnt heard of them. Do you have a website?

Also, is there a way to make this setup as a standard 45 degree too? I have issues with the standard design trigger box, I have broken way too many! But I need to keep having a standard 45 for the pistons I make. I would love a 90 degree in my personal rifle though.

And if these triggers work with the M28, you and I could get together on this.. Your badass trigger and my badass piston! lol..

I really want one! I just need to sell a few pistons first. I cant let the wife know either or I will get spanked and grounded,lol..

Honestly, I just looked at your post on the other forum.. I am very impressed!! This all came out when my Degenerative disk disease was at its worst and I wasnt playing airsoft for awhile. I'm sorry I missed this

The M28 uses the same triggerbox as the Vsr does. Some people report having problems, but I have used 2 bar10 triggerboxes with no issues. Even used my M28 triggerbox on a Bar10,lol.. Used a triggerbox from an Agm l96 also on my M28, the problem is the front tabs where the screw goes keeps breaking off..

The prices of the rest of the zero triggers are still quite high, and the "action" brand on WGC is $88 I think it was.. But to be honest, I'd rather buy from someone, than from a company. I prefer to help the small businesses,lol..

I was looking at your design and I figure the trigger sear can be shaped to match the standard 45 degree also. If I were you, I would be making both types. There are plenty of people out there that need a good trigger box for the 45's. I have broke 2 just this winter, and one over the summer,lol.. 3 in one years time is just stupid! And the new ones I just bought, I'm certain, they will break too.. Probably one will break before summer,lol..

I would gladly advertise your triggers on my website too.. I would like to help you in any way possible, as this also will help the airsoft community..

I just bought two bar10 trigger boxes and about to install em in a few. Only trigger box I had a problem with so far is the janky empty shell for $14 on evike. It just wont work.

I cant see why people would not be buying your trigger boxes to be honest! So many people complain that the regular gearboxes are good enough, and they want reinforced ones but they are constantly sold out..

The springs I use are less than M28 stock springs,lol.. I prefer my rifles to be around 420fps. My rifle last chrono'd at 421 fps, and still broke two trigger boxes! I have never had much luck with Vsr trigger boxes,lol..

Wow, the Laylax broke? Haha.. That sucks!

I got my rifle used and the guy before me must have stripped out the holes that the trigger box screws into. So he had fatter screws to hold the trigger box on.

So every triggerbox I get, I have to drill the screw holes bigger. The screw holes itself arent breaking, just the front tabs kept breaking off. I decided to retire my M28 and bought another one to replace it. This ones screw holes are the correct size,lol..

I considered using Jb weld to fill the holes and re tap the holes so I can use smaller screws again. But eh.. I saw a new "used" M28 on Ebay and I wont the bid at $40.50 haha.. Just easier to use that one instead and have my old rifle for spare parts. Then my buddy decided he wasnt into being a sniper and wants to sell his M28, so why the heck not.. Gonna buy his for $60,lol.. Comes with a Simmons 3x9x50 scope and 2 mags. So I now own 3 M28's. Still have to pay him though. He is coming into town in a few weeks so no worries. Will have my personal rifle and one for my piston tester like I originally wanted.

Might still end up Jb welding the holes on the old reciever and re tap em out.. Just not sure yet.

V-coil or Helicoils are unbelievably durable though. They use that to fix stripped cylinder head threads of cars (or whatever the thing is that keeps the engine doing vroom instead of boom)

Also iirc they do not change the tread size.
hahaha, nice.. JB weld is made to do the same stuff. Its designed to fill holes and be tapped etc... I will have to google the stuff you guys are talking about.

Edit..
Just looked up Helicoils.. WOW! Thats awesome!! I'm going to see about getting some, thank you guys for mentioning that.

Not sure why or how they would get lost or stopped by customs really. I already mentioned about posting his triggers on my website, I am sure we can work something out if Springer wants me to sell them on the site also. Also if some can be made to work with 45 degree pistons. I cant see why they wouldnt sell..

And as far as I know, its not illegal to sell trigger boxes to a minor, its not a whole gun, just a harmless internal part. I dont ask for anyones age when they buy a piston from me. If I were to sell whole guns, then yeah I would be more cautious. But just parts, nah... I cant see any issues coming from it. "I could be wrong though"

So I was sent the S Trigger so I can mod it to fit the M28 better.. The Trigger box and trigger guard do not match up as is, and need some work to make match up..

I have inspected the S Trigger and all I can say is wow! This trigger box is seriously a solid piece of work! I can not see this unit to EVER break! I am thoroughly impressed!

If your looking for a serious upgrade, look no further!

Just finished making the S Trigger work with the M28.

I only needed to take off a little from both the trigger box and the trigger guard for these to work together.

As you can see, I only needed to smooth out two small easy spots on the guard..

The trigger sear SLIGHTLY touches the latch on the door for the magwell. Its so little there is a slight tap sound and the door moves ever so slightly. I shaved a little off the bottom of the trigger sear and its good to go. "This mod makes no change to the great strength or function of the trigger box" Just dont cut too much and get too close to the trigger rod hole.. DONT LET YOUR DREMEL RUN FROM YOU. If it catches and starts to run "grab" pull up right away,lol..

Only things you will need for this is.

Dremel.
Cut off disk
Sharpie marker or whatever..
Tape measure or something to measure with.

I suggest fully mounting the S Trigger to the reciever when cutting, for better grip, and getting something to grind out the corners of the cut better cause mine look a little sloppy, but I dont have a way to clean the corners right now.

Now more of my thoughts on the S Trigger.

This is a VERY solid unit, I feel a 45 degree piston sear for those who want it would be a good idea.

I have not held any other Zero Trigger type units before, but I can say I strongly suggest this trigger unit to everyone! I cant wait till I can afford one for my personal M28,haha.
