I would try drilling a partial hole through the top of the cylinder head. Don't go all the way through so you so drill into the piston head. With the second hole, use a pair of needle nose, stick one tip into each hole and attempt it like that. With the crimping, it probably won't be possible to untwist and you'll like have to replace the whole cylinder, but it's worth a shot.
