My action army parts almost appear to be non compatible with eachother.
On my TM vsr10 my cylinder does not go all the way in and seems to get "stuck" in the hop up chamber. The chamber should be correctly fitted and I even tried removing the BB holders.
The bolt pull also feels rather heavy (for a 23 years old..) but at m170 I guess that is to be expected? It is hard to cock in a normal shooting stance.
I also noticed that the cylinder goes all the way in when I shoot. It is almost like the cylinder is 2-3mm too long.
Edit: I put the barrel into the reciever and turned it 1/4 way back to fit the lock screw. I tried turning it 2, that helped a bit, but did not solve the problem.
Any ideas?

So I opened thr trigger guard and messed around with the spring guide stopper a little bit. Now the bolt does not seem to lag but the nozzle is still getting slightly jammed into the hop up chamber.
So my current question is now how much resistance should I expect in the first and last 3mm of the bolt cycle? I was expecting it to feel like the original, which falls into place towards the reciever if you just hold it upside down. On my new build I have to push it all the way in. I can do it with one finger but it does not feel correct.

Mine has a bit of resistance too. As a matter of fact, pretty much all AA chambers I have played with have this. The extra push needed depends on which nozzle you're using.

This is because the nozzle pushes into the bucking the last few mm. The extra friction is because you need to push the nozzle into the rubber. This results in a 100% airseal

Alright, I guess that explains and settles it. Thanks:tup:

I just had another issue about 30 minutes ago with the cylinder getting stuck in pulled back position. I took away a few mm (2-3?) At the top of the spring guide stopper with an angle grinder and now it cycles just fine.

Now I just need a different bolt handle for comfort..:lmao:

Cheers!
