It generally goes: HPA Tank>3k/4.5k-800PSI regulator>ASA(optional)>Palmers stabilizer>tube>secondary regulator(optional)>tube>gun

You can use a valved quick detach, close the valves at the mag and air hose, unplug the quick detach fitting, drop the mag out, replace new mag, plug in QD, turn on valves and go.
