Try turning the screw with it not on the gun and see if the two prong things come together, if they dont, then it could be striped, what site did you get it off.

I got it off of Evike. As it turns out, it was the threads that were stripped. After calling Evike, they issued me an RMA and I should be getting a new one soon.
