I remember trying them once, and found that they did not work in my rifle. Then again, my chamber at the time kept sliding forward and making all of my mags a very tight fit, so it's likely that it might have just been that problem that was causing the incompatibility. I only remember having to use a mini screwdriver to pry out the M28 mag after I tried to fit it in the CA.
