I'm ordering an M4 since Armorytechairsoft put the M16A4 on back order -_-

What exactly do they mean by remove the trademarks? I ordered a G18C, from Tokyo-Model, and they had this hot, soft, putty like thing on my trades, which came off very easily. Does EHA, use this too? Or do they scratch it off or melt it? There'd be no point in the gun if it had no trades.

Ask them, and say that you'd like not to scratch them off, but hide.

They usually put silicon over the trades but you can ask them, this is done in order to pass the customs control.
