This one of the rarest stuff I've come across lately.
The only drawback on this is that he doesn't say something about bb's for it. This babe need specialised bb's, the regular bb's won't work unless it's modded.... But it says

It has never been used in the field or modified

JAC M16 - This is not as good of a deal, but a pretty cool rifle nonetheless. Can't tell if it is DX or not, but if you can bring it down to ~$500 (maybe a little more or less) it is worth it.
