L96 or VSR Gspec for practical use, but M14/.50 for looks.

That will be the M700/M24/M40 style, I love them and with a good looking stock they can be transformed!
But still for looks nothing can beat a Barrett M82!!

I guess I would prefer my snipers relatively short, allowing themselves to hide in small confined areas more easily, and also a high IQ if at all possible, with a good sense for the game.

Oooh hard choice I like all the guns I used so far. I like the l96 and the bar10. Both feel very nice. Maybe a little for the bar10 because it feels nice. I`m thinking of reviving it what you guys think?

I run an L96, but I've always liked the American-ness of the R700. I also like the older style pistol grip more, not the thumb hole so much.
