I don't know, I don't do AEGs. I do know that Siegetek gears are by far and away the best on the market though.

From what I have read, something around 20:1 is good, pair that with a Terminusx motor and you're good to go!

EDIT: Don't forget the Terminusx Bushings...hell, just buy every product you can from terminusx besides the gears (which you need from Seigetek).

Lower ratio is for high speed builds and vice-versa. If you use a lower ratio and higher torque motor, then you would probably be fine. Luckily, Terminusx makes great motors, so if you used an Omega, you should be good to go.

I would say the balanced (20.8:1)

The pinion (if I am not mistaken) is dictated by the motor, and I think the Omega is O-type.
