That is ridiculous and I highly doubt it will pass.

Yeah, but the fact it exists means theres interest, and the fact that it got proposed means theres money behind it. So no matter how rediculous it is, it can still pass if people don't do something about it.

No, it is not ridiculous. In fact, there is a very high probability that it will pass if there is enough media coverage of this bill. Now, I am a democrat, through and through, but knowing NJ, if enough people hear about this, and the airsofters of NJ don't do something about it, then there could be some serious issues.

If only everyone, I mean like everyone, used airsoft guns properly, we wouldn't be dealing with heinous situations like these. There's always gotta be people who just ruin a sport by using things not the way they were intended to be used. :-/
