For those of you that remember SB798 in CA... this is pretty simmilar, if not worse.

No, it is not ridiculous. In fact, there is a very high probability that it will pass if there is enough media coverage of this bill. Now, I am a democrat, through and through, but knowing NJ, if enough people hear about this, and the airsofters of NJ don't do something about it, then there could be some serious issues.
