I'm working on a mod dealing with nozzle placement, and I need to know how long the modified nozzle is on the KA/2Roy conversion kit. You don't need to remove the nozzle from your bolt. I just need to know how far the nozzle sticks out from the surface in which it is pressed.

I nearly bought an $800 lathe today just to make my own, but before I do, I'd like to know if the $80 kit will suit my needs first.

In adition, if someone doesn't have the conversion chamber kit,do you know if the KA nozzle upgrade seen here is an increased length over the stock tanaka length, or if it is just for increased flow? http://www.airsoftpost.com/product_info.php?products_id=32381

Thanks!

FWIW, I found my answer:

1.323" overall length on the King Arms chamber conversion kit nozzle.
For the searchers who may need this:
The diameter is 6.5mm exactly(.256 inch)
KJW stock nozzle Over All Length: 1.210"
The length it sticks out is shorter than the OAL.
My KJW nozzle sticks out 1.09 which means the seat depth is approx 1/8th.
My KJW inside diameter is .177 inch which is about 4.5mm

I got this info from another post:
King Arms bore diameter[inside diameter*]: 4.725mm
Tanaka bore diameter[pre-ban]: 4.560mm

*Note that this is the nozzle that you can purchase separately. I'm not sure if the length is different on this nozzle than from the one from the kit.
