Hey everyone, I just came across a type of lube called FrogLube when I was trying to find a store that sold Mad Bull's piston lube. I thought it was intresting so I did a little more research on it. So it is manufactured for real firearms, but their site (in the FAQs section) claims that it can be effective for airsoft guns due to the fact that the formula actually conditions o-rings and other rubber materials creating better air seals. I would like to try some for insde my cylinder, maybe inner barrel, as a substitute for the conventional silicone oil/grease. I do see some problems though: It claims that it "enters deep into the pores of the metal and then forms a durable, dry, slick, and wax-like surface to reduce friction." It would also eliminate and petrolium/silicone oil/grease after contact.
I just wanted to get everyone's opinion on this, here is the site.
