Actually, if he would have just moved up about 10 yards, so that his entire body came underneath the skyline, he'd be good. But in all honesty, in airsoft you don't really notice to much like that. And being up top will give you a lot of advantages, even if you sacrafice a little concealability.
But I think the rifle wrap also looks good, the foliage looks decent on the sniper, but the spotter should be behind the sniper, directly overlooking, almost like his barrel would be right above the snipers head, that way he could watch for bb flight patterns and help critique and make proper adjustments nessicary for a well precision shot.
But we can't really pick at this picture much, because we don't know what the skyline is, considering the cameraperson is underneath, we don't know what is behind them, for all we know, paradise park could be there. It's just a simple photo op, but a good lesson for rookie snipers, none-the-less.
