One question about that though.... how do you even hook up the HPA to the bolt itself!?!? Isn't it done through the magazine reservoir?

The gas bolt goes into a spring rifle, so the same magazine will be used. When the rifle is cocked, the striker spring gets pulled back (kind of like the main spring in a springer rifle's bolt) and when the trigger is pulled, the spring is released.
The fill valve is on the side of the bolt, so you would have to drill and tap that, put in a 1/8 fitting and then have your line connected to it.
To me, it would just be too much trouble than it is worth, I mean just get a Tanaka system and run the HPA out of the magazine. The only pluses I can think out with this set-up is being able to change your mags without disconnecting a hose and also, having a unique rifle.
