Not all GBB's allow for a rack-reload. I usually use the slide release, since i can reset faster. (not having to take my hand to the slide, and then re-grip my pistol)

Well, to be honest, I'd probably also powerstroke my Desert Eagle, if it werent for the fact, that it cannot be powerstroked.

Weird fact is, if i slap my mag in, it automatically kicks the slide forward.

I do however do a pat on the slide, to ensure its in battery (am i even saying this correctly?)

It does load a BB.
But to be honest, i think its a flaw. I'm not entirely sure why it does that. It isnt a bad thing though.

Could be my enhanced recoil springs, and a sign that my slide-lock may be wearing down ...

Youre correct, thats what my Desert Eagle does. Mines more sensitive to the auto forward slide action though...
