So today was my first game actually using my rifle as my primary. After the awesome help from all of you on upgrades and troubleshooting, I was the primary player everyone went after, mainly because I was the only sniper. I had around 15+ confirmed KIA's. There is no feeling like it when you either take a shot or get seen and the entire enemy team goes immobile because they fear you! Thanks to all your awesome help everyone! Here is to you!

I know that feeling well when people are always searching for you so that they can point you out and put you under heavy fire because you always pick people off and no one knows where the shot came from. Plus, you gotta love it when the entire team or most of it changes their course because they fear being out in the open and don't know where the shooter is.

Welcome to the life of a sniper :shot:

I think this is why we continue to be airsoft snipers. We got past the difficult part of the sniper role that most dont and this is the fun we get in return.

Plus that rush you get when someone steps on you and still doesn't notice you is so much better than the small rush of storming someone with an automatic.

Pschaw, the title is so sexist. Why does it have to be a brotherhood? It should be a shootingpersonhood.

Anyway, it is good you had fun. I was also wondering if it would be enjoyable, since I played close assault without an AEG so long. Getting an accurate riffle is a lot of work though, and a bit much to waste if it does not work out to be fun.

Though, I still think as I did then: Ninety per cent of kills snipers claim are actually made by someone else with an AEG.

Plus the look on their face when they are being shot from behind :lmao:
My first four or five kills are when I infiltrated the lines and attacked the enemy in a KotH game. Every one went something like this: enemy turns around and shouts, "I am on your team!"; "No, you're not," I reply as I run past to over take the next position.

The hill was best, when I shot the enemy in it while vaulting the wall. Then our shit-for-brains snipper, knowing the plan was I infiltrate, seeing me give the signal and hearing my squad shouting we had the hill and to move up, shot me in the back.

I hate snippers. I hate them so much. Never be that guy.

PS Calling it a brotherhood is actually fine by me.
