I heard the Lionclaws events may be banning Polar Stars and the Systema PDW at their events on safety grounds. Seems some guy got a BB through the cheek.

I can see the Polar Stars, but why the Systema? I do remember though how Red Wolf Airsoft sold the new Systema M4 with a wink that it was the best gun to cheat the chrono--which is horse shit.

As I understand the Lionclaws' protocol, a foil sticker is adhered over the seem between the upper and lower receivers to ensure against tampering.

Also, that is such a rubbish thing to do. Beaten up and banned for life is the real response one should get for that.

BT, are BBs not prescribed at the chrono near you? That seems a sloppy ship.

Then again, at the professional field not far from me, they only recently started to do that, and half the time the mouth-breather at the station does not even know what weight he has in his hands.

I think the Polar Star can go much higher than even the other systems with quick-change cylinders. And it seems to do it with relative ease. It might be easier to put back down if people start getting suspicious too.
