Just wondering if this is a decent beginner set up. I am just getting started with sniping and not very knowledgeable yet.

I am trying to keep the price down but once I get more money definetly getting a tight bore barrel. Or should I get a tight bore barrel instead of one of the above upgrades?? Please help!! Thanks in advance.
