Bradley makes kydex cheek rests that can be removed.

ok cool, but are there any that don't have to have the buttstock drilled?

The Bradley kydex cheek rests aren't drilled. They fit over the stock and are secured very firmly with a combination of non-slip rubber pad and Velcro straps. I've got one on my M14 Socom and it's an excellent piece of kit.
