Hi everyone! I'm brand new here and I decided to register because I wanted to ask opinions of some of the more experienced snipers out there. I'm planing on buying a Green Gas or co2 (preferably co2) sniper that will work decently in moderately cold weather without a lot of upgrades. The main option I've been looking at is the Red Fire M700, but I can't find any good info on it! Does anyone know if it's any good? I came here and stumbled upon the Sun Project rifles and took an immediate liking... But they are all Gas powered ): would they still be a viable option? Any other suggested rifles that won't break the bank too bad? Thanks all!

gas is inconstant (as you lose gas you lose fps) and m700 is a 14lb sniper rifle.

dont forget search, most of the easy stuffs been answered.

AEG is nice but most fields will limit you like a AEG.
Springers have consistency but are pure bolt action.

depends on your exp, what you have and your budget. all 3 affect what you should do.

I believe the the Red Fire M700 is listed as 6lb not 14.

That being said I can't find any reviews or personal experiences with the gun that anyone's posted, yes I've tried searching. I like the look of the SP rifles but I would much rather have a co2 powered rifle.

I think kjw M700 is more of a budget gas sniper shooting at a ridiculous fps. It will take TONS of work to get it up to par though. The Tanaka is the more favored M700 with much better accuracy out of the box and alot more expensive.

Scallene, Red Fire Full Metal M700 CO2 Powered Bolt Action Sniper Rifle Airsoft this is the rifle I'm talking about. Not the kjw. I would never buy the kjw m700. The only thing I've gotten from kjw that was nice was a 1911 that I sold a while ago sadly.
