Hello fellow Marksman. I'm Specs or OM01, whichever you'd prefer. I'm currently the founder and acting SQL of Ozark Mountain Milsim based in Northwest Arkansas in the good ol' USA. We are very active in the American Milsim community and their events, and you can find me on their forums a great deal of the time. Some of you might already know me, and for those that attend AMS events, we'll be at RY3 this coming October under UFS.
All the same, I'll keep things brief. I started in paintball, and transitioned due to the realism and overall cost benefits of airsoft in comparison. I started with a humble A&K SVD, but have since transitioned to the AEG Echo 1 CSR varient to fill a DMR role among my team. I tend to fill more of a quick moving, active shooter role to provide my squad ample suppression where we need it. As such, if I find myself using concealment systems, it's usually lighter options like sniper veils or ghillie capes/ponchos. (I have a self made one I'll post shots of sometime. Looking into togs as well.)
Ozark Mountain is a fairly new team with roughly 4-5 active members. We are actively recruiting as well if you are in the area around us. Glad to be here and hope I've done you all right with a proper greeting in the right place.
