Excessive movement kills. No amount of vegetation will conceal you. If a bush uprooted and walked across the play area, everyone would notice it...and dump a mag at it. Don't peek over stuff, don't keep getting higher and higher just because you don't see anything. Don't move your head to try and look at stuff. In fact, don't try to look at stuff.
You don't need to be overly patient to catch someone, especially in airsoft. Sit still for a minute and don't move a muscle including your eyeballs. Just hold your eyes open. If there is anything going on, your eyes will pick up the movement, regardless of their camouflage. Now you have a place to start watching closer.
