Tornado grenades or thunder b.

Tornadoes are expensive and are incredibly sexy but expensive. I hate whenever I hear that whizz of the propane spinning that sucker because I know I'm about to get hit by 50 bbs.

Thunderbs are easy, fill them with bbs and when the spoon pops, the bbs fly out of the created hole. Not too big but enough to kill a guy.

I've personally used both timed tornadoes, thunder b's and a&k mkii pineapple grenades.

Personally, I'd say tornadoes were the best for coverage and were more reliable in terms of consistency. Where as the thunder b's, maybe 1 out of 15 or 20 wouldn't go off. However, they're still great grenades and I do like the surprising "pop" they give off.
And as for the a&k's, those weren't all that great. The timer on them is very unreliable and often went off as soon as you'd release them. They did have good a spread radius though and they look cool.

I've made the water bottle grenades before. They're really loud and somewhat hard to predict when they'll go off. Definitely nothing you'd want to use in a battle.
They're made of taped layers of bb's around a water bottle with baking soda and vinegar inside. Youtube it, and you'll see some videos of them.
