Darn I was really hoping it came with the black part that attaches to the bolt as well. A small piece of metal came loose inside mine and chewed up the teeth so I'm going to need to get a new one pretty soon.

I'm pretty sure you don't even need that. I was at a game with Glass Architect and another guy and they basically just took out all of those little springs and pins because you really don't need them. In fact they are usually the cause with the majority of the issues with the UTG L96.

I wish I had a camera to show you guys the damage on the black thing that attaches to the bolt on my gun though. It's really crazy. Whats funny about it is that it was all caused by one little metal pin that popped out between the 2, then just ground up the teeth every time I tried to pull the bolt. Fortunately I had the problem taken care of before my bolt became useless.

Yep, sure did. That one is actually the thing that causes so many stupid problems with the UTG. That pin works in combination with the annoying little one in the bolt to make a 3rd safety for the gun. You can definitely take that one out though. All you need is some needle-nose pliers. Make sure you take them all out together though or it may cause more problems.
