I would expect this means no imports, but the chinese are pirates and have no respect for patents. So they will continue to make them "if there is a market that will let them in"

I could be wrong but doesn't Tokyo mauri hold a license with H&K, I know Classic army does. And if thats the case you only have to worry about the rest of the rifles going up to the 300/400 price range.
