Like I said in your other thread, please improve your grammar and punctuation. I constantly am telling all the new members to do so.

The UTG mk96 is a cheap rifle, that can be a great base platform, and can be slowly upgraded over time. Or all at once if possible

The bar 10 is also a good cheap platform, and is easily upgradeable. Both of these rifles have a ton of upgrade parts as well.
