Hi guys, my name is TJ. I have been playing on and off for about 8-9 years now. Never took up a sniper rifle yet, so I'm hoping to come across some quality information before making a choice.

Welcome aboard ... Tell us something about you.

Wolf
Well, I'm in school right now, double major for business and information technology at Pennstate University.
I'm a former paintball convert, used to play D3 NPPL up until the company went bankrupt in what I believe was 2007. Now I build, collect and play with airsoft guns as a cheaper solution to my former expensive hobby.
So far I have a few guns; JG T3 SAS with T3K1 internals, a T3K1 with a guarder m150 torque up kit and infinite torque up motor, JG P90 TR with stock internals and high cap reservoir and m4 conversion, bone stock mp5k pdw, co2 usp, and a gbb m9 full auto.
Planning within the next few weeks to pick up a G&G m14 EBR as my first DMR.
You have a nice collection... Though I'd expect from a paintball player more gas guns than AEGs!

Nice collection, and welcome!

Pics are a requirement. (Not really, but it would still be great to see some!)
Liking the collection! Welcome to the boards!

Sorry for leaving so much out, I'm terrible at introductions! Here is a picture of my main collection.

I have some other cheap guns at my home that are pointless to mention, but this is the bulk of my work. I also have a G&G M14 EBR on the way as we speak! I just placed the order this morning, and I'm very excited for that one to come in. It will be my first DMR build! =)

Wolf, I am looking to accomplish more research on it first before I get into HPA/GBB rifles. I was a class 2 certified gun technician for about 5 years in the paintball. This does give me a strong backbone of information on the systems, but being that Tippmann never released its propane convert, I have never worked on hfc22/hfc134a/duster/green/red gasses.
I really hope some of my hard work in that industry will carry over into airsoft with the use of NO2 systems. I have seen some interesting systems, but thus far I am hardly impressed with most builds. My hope is to be able to create a NO2 operated bolt action with an internal solenoid. The good part is, there will be no mechbox in the way. Bad part is, as with any compressed air system, I will need to find a way to hide the regulator on an existing format. I guess we will see what the future holds!

P.S. I am a big fan of the Walther WA 2000. With only 176 existing serials, they are one of the most unique rifles of the 1900's.
