I've been reading these forums for a while, and finally decided to join them.
I've been airsofting in the United Kingdom for 2 and a bit years now, and have almost always throughout that period had a sniper rifle of some form. Although I do also have a KWA G36c AEG with a TK Twist barrel fitted (I'm a sucker for range I guess...)
I started off with an A&K Dragunov, which I upgraded with a tight bore, and not much else.
I then moved on to a BAR10, which I intended to upgrade, but I just didn't like the feel of it, so I sold it.
I then bought a Warrior L96, which I had wanted to get for a long time, as at the time I loved the rifle.
As time went on, I got bored of the L96, and wasn't impressed with it's performance and upgradability. So I sold that on too.
I have just ordered a Tanaka m700 L.T.R. and expect great things with it. It was advertised as having the PCS bolt, but as it was bought from a retailer, I am not sure as to whether it will actually have it, and that the retailer had simply just not updated their stats.
Anyway, I look forward to frequenting these forums.
