Hey guys, my name is Trent, I'm 13 years old, and I'm new to both airsoft and sniping!

I started playing about a month ago after my cousin gave me his Sig P226 because he was heading off to Basic Training and he wanted to give away all of his airsoft guns. (BTW, he finished a couple weeks ago and they had a giant pillow fight on base :p)

Right now I have a G&G GR-15 Raider, but I felt it lacking range, so tomorrow I'm going to some guys house and buying his CA SR25 for a great deal. Also I got my Sig as I just said.

I use Woodland Marine Marpat with just a black backpack to carry mags, speed loaders, and some ammo.

I'm from California and I'm happy one of my friends didn't bring me into paintball! :p

P.S. I'm proud that I don't need my parents to buy all my gear for me, I've saved up and worked. :D

Well, I got my SR25 today, but I'm still waiting for the battery to charge up. And Masterjuggler, what I meant by lacking range is that my GR-15 is even lacking range for an airsoft gun, I know that I won't be going super long range.

Anyway, I broke the bipod that I got with it already because I thought I just had to force the legs... I must've accidentally pushed the little button on one of them when I closed it so when I tried the other, I snapped the leg...

Anyway, thanks for the greetings guys!

No idea the range, but it only shoots 315 fps :/ Basically it's cqb now.

In other words, the SR25 is wonderful, but I want to get it chronoed, maybe it's because I've never shot anything like it, but I'm not sure if it's really 430 fps. It does have much more power that the gr15 though, so I'm happy.
(It also looks amazing...)

No upgrade plans yet, apparently the piston has been beefed up though and the gears have been replaced from the guy who sold me the gun, and also, I just don't need anything right now. I am going to probably add some camo wrap tape type thing though and see how it looks.

I'll try to get some pics for you too!

However doesn't the FPS effect how fast the round will drop? Thats probably the biggest problem when I say that the GR-15 is inaccurate. I suppose that was the wrong choice of words, but yes, it does need things like a tight-bore barrel and a new hop-up.
