If you are looking at the palmers, this is the one you should get, not the micro rock.

The ones used primarily in airsoft are Foster Series 2 connectors. They use 1/8 NPT. If you need a nipple I have some and I can send you one if needed.

As for the other HPA regs, damn near all of them will give you roughly the same performance in a sniper rifle.

While I generally opt for HPA, I have come to appreciate the use of CO2 in sniper rifles. Generally more compact and can be contained to only the rifle. Not needing to worry about a hose. Give me the ability to ditch my rifle in a pinch if I have to.
