Help with vsr-10 g-spec type 2

HI. ive decided to start playing after a few years of inactiveness and decided to this time go for a vsr-10 g-spec type 2

I want to be able to be as precise shooting at quite long range
but I'm not very good with the technical stuff and was hoping to get some tips on what to put in it.. looking to spend around 1000 dollars maximum

and dont really want it shooting harder then about 180 mps no idea what that is in feet tho... (sorry)
