Hey guys, my name is will, and even though I am only 13, I am not really a newbie when it comes to airsoft, but I know there is obviously a ton to learn. I have been airsofting for about a year now, and I started off with an AEG,but just didn't think it was for me. so, about 8 months ago, I bought my first airsoft sniper rifle, a UTG L96, and have loved sniping so far. As of now my rifle has just the basic UTG upgrade kit, a paint job, a mock suppressor, and a metal trigger box. I have been lurking these forums for a while, and hope to be able to contribute more in the future!

Welcome to the forum, you'll definitely learn a lot here, but from the sounds of it your off to a pretty good start with your rifle.

Welcome! How did you attach your mock suppressor?

Well it is the Echo 1 force recon mock supressor, so it has CCW threads, and since the L96 has CW threads, I just bought an adapter and it worked perfectly. It does add about two pounds to the end of the rifle though. -_-
