Okay, so i've posted a thread before of the forum asking for recommendations on which spring rifle I should buy, seeing as I feel it is time to give the Cheytac some rest.

Here's the final list of rifles I have narrowed my search down to..

-TM VSR10 Pro
-Well mb08 (mb01)
-Well mb01
-Ares svd-s (A&K?)
-TM SSR L96 AWS
-Maruzen APS2 (SV?)

I have very bad decision skills in some areas.

Feel free to give constructive criticism on these rifles into which would be the best option to buy. Yes I do plan on upgrading and modding the living daylights out of this rifle.

Cheers

VSR!!! You can't go wrong with that!
There are many upgrade parts for it and has one of the best hop up designs in the airsoft industry!
The only downfall it may be the looks! But I don't remember where I've read that a company will release soon different style stocks!

i agree with sir wolfgeorge;the vsr 10 platform is a very good sniper rifle system to work with;a lot of available upgrade parts; light on the weight and easy to work with;plus its very accurate in stock and upgraded form
Vsr all the way, you can make a custom stock from wood (need planning, time, and some tools), and make it imitate sv98, l96, or m4a0(whatever, I don't remember.
I see your points, Is it possible if anybody could give me a run down on the hop? Heard it's meant to be quite good stock so it'd be nice if I could get a little more info on it!
And about the stock, isn't is possible to fit them into a bell and carson, mcmillan, AI stocks with modification anyway?

Simple to use and easy to modify for better performance, is about it mate.... only draw back is the hop rubber length if your going to modify past a certain level

Yes, very much so, one of mine currently resides in a CA M24 stock that has been modified to more reasemble a M40A1
A friend also do that but with a SW M24 stock to resemble a M24A2.
You can mod any stock to fit it ... At least in theory!

Maruzen APS-2, if you can find one. I can never seem to find them in stock anywhere!
The good and bad with the APS2 is it's hop up!
It's fixed this means it's very stable but it could have better range!
