I like Systema bucking and Prommy, I've read good stuff about the PDI W bucking also but I haven't test it myself.

Prommy hard with an R-hop, works like a charm.
Opp sorry, I skimmed the read.
Prommy hard should be great. Also I used a PDI W and shaved down the groves on the inside which made it flat. Worked great with the Firefly nub.
