Depends..but im always on my own..if i want a spotter normally hes 30 feet away from anywhere i hide. usually my spotter doin the decoy job just to distract the enemy wit the aeg noise..

have you tried using radios and having a sweep team for such actions and letting your spotter be their to help identify targets and provide support when the proverbial "Shite" hits the fan?

yup..but sumtimes at panic hour when enemy is just a few feet around me hiding in ghillies i just pray noone will alert me tru my radio..i lil voice sound will compromise my hiding place..i experience dis during nite game when its too quiet, dark, wet tropical jungle. all i can hear is thousand mosquitos having dinner all around my body. but it all depends either sniper or spotter will start taking a shot or stay for better position n timing. in dis case, a good instinct, communication between sniper n spoter is important.
