It depends on the quality of the bore. I have polished stock barrels up the wahzoo and ensured a 'perfectly' circular bore and they work great. Or, alternatively, a prometheus barrel kicks ass because the bore and crowning are damn near perfect.
How much do tight bores really work...
I am skeptical to tightbore barrels.... I wonder how much of a difference they really make.... Has anybody tested stock vs tightbore barrel?

I really like madbull V2s (6.03 diameter), they ER-hop really easily and LRB nicely too.
