How to calcolate rapport beetwen cylinder volum and barrel lenght and barrel diameter?

I've a striker as02 and wit a 300 mm barrel with a 6.01 diameter I reach at 1j with zero friction by ESC with 0.40g bbs 75meters: I want to change now my piston and try to create my own one... I was thinking to made it a bit longer so I can reduce the run of the charger: I know that in this way I'll reduce the volume of the cylinder so I want to know how to calculate the right rapport between barrel and cylinder.
