How to make a faux mag?

Specifying what gun you want it for will help greatly.

Why would you want a fake magazine? There are a number of ways to do it, the purpose would help though.....

How real do you want this to look? And, what kind of magazine are you going to put it into?

Cut a hole in the stock were you want the mag to go. Then slide your mag in and epoxy it into place.

You could cut the sides of the mag to make an area for more epoxy, as well as "hooks" to hold the mag in the stock.

He will most likely be using a G3 magazine. I may try it, but it will probably look like hell.

Just take it slow and make sure you plan out what you are going to do before you do it.

Faux mag on an ASR would be rough on the eyes....
