Hello fellow snipers. My name is Josh, I'm 17, and have been doing airsoft for a little over two years now. I almost got a sniper for my first rifle, but decided on an AEG. Good thing too. I'm glad I was able to get a "feel" of the sport before going sniper.
I'm new to sniping, so it is a pleasure to meet so many fine folks that are master snipers. :)
The rifle is a Mauser SR-22, I just got the rifle, so I havent got to do any upgrades yet. I will soon have a ghillie suit as well.
My only other hobby is Ham Radio.
I live in Celina, TX. That is an hour N. of Dallas.

Great website...sniper heaven.

Very well, sir, I will try to get some pics up soon. Thanks for the welcome.

Hey, your "user picture" is great...I love it. I've seen dogs and cats try to live under the same roof. lol. I'll look and see if I can find some pics of your guns.

Welcome to the forum. This is indeed a great website, filled with lots of valuable information. I remember when I first found this site, I would just read up on all this stuff, and has really helped me out, along with many others as well.

So enjoy. ;)

Marinesniper,

I have to say this, because I actually have served with USMC Scout/Snipers. Please do not make your name something that you are not. Implying that you are a Marine Sniper is a bad way to start out your Airsoft career, and a bad way to start out on the boards. As a US Navy Corpsman that works in 1st Marine Division I have to ask you with respect to please change your name.

If you plan on enlisting, joining the Corps, or whatever you might be doing that's fine. But until you've actually proved yourself to be one please change your name. You can do so by clicking on "Profile" at the top and changing your display name.

Thank you,
-Mosin

Thanks man,

I'm really sorry that I didn't have this in the rules earlier. It's a personal pet peeve of mine, I honestly only did maybe three months with Snipers until I got moved to do VBSS with the platoon I'm with now (Or will be with until tomorrow afternoon when I go to a new battalion).

I'm glad that you took it well, I hope that it doesn't deter you from contributing and asking away on the boards.

Respectfully,

No sir, do what you have to do. And as for it being a personal pet peeve...well...I have full respect for that. No problem. :)

Once again, thanks for your dilligence in keeping it all nice and clean (the forum).

Respectfully,
Josh
