Hi guys. I done some searching and couldnt come up with anything.

The Hpa rifle that im working on right now has a vsr edgi 6.00 barrel thats also ported. the thing is. its also a 430mm gspec barrel. Im having to run a lot more psi than I should to get the fps where it needs to be.

Is the shorter barrel the reason? I put it in because it was something I had here. But from what ive learned so far I think it may be really holding it back. Thanks guys.

What does your rig consist of, as far as your regulator, tank, and this is not a big thing but the temperature as well.

From those I can help, also remember with a longer barrel you get more fps, what were the fps differences between the two.

Im using a Palmers Stabilizer. Im not sure of the model but I do know that its what they advertise for airsoft. So I figured it would be good. Im using a 300psi tank. Most of the time of year I play the temperature is around the 80's to mid 90's.

The Gspec 6.00 barrel is the only one that ive had in the rifle. I put it in just to try it out.
Thanks

Well with temperature you are in, it shouldn't affect the pressure of the HPA bottle. Also Im going to assume you meant a 3000psi
Also what is the FPS you are looking for, you would want a psi around 60 to 80 for some were around 450 to 550.
